Meet Sophie

My name is Sophie, and my path here has been anything but conventional. At 19, I faced a choice between law and the beauty industry - I chose law, and spent nearly 11 years working in corporate and residential real estate.

In 2018, I developed adult acne - later attributed to PCOS - which sent me deep into the world of skincare and treatments. I tried everything I could find, but nothing worked until I addressed the root cause. That experience gave me an understanding of how isolating and frustrating struggling skin can be.

That same year, I enrolled on my first Basic Facials course - more out of curiosity than intention. It was that day I knew with complete certainty that this was the path I was meant to take. I went on to train in advanced treatments, specialising in acne, anti-ageing and rosacea, while continuing my legal career in parallel.

When COVID-19 hit, I stepped back from the industry - treating skin through layers of PPE simply wasn't something I was willing to compromise on. I used that time to research, study and look for a space that reflected my values, my approach and my vision for client care.

I couldn't find one - so I built one instead.
